103年度「電子病歷委託研究計畫」分項1-6：醫事人員卡電子簽章替代方案評估

When physicians legally produced electronic medical records, medical personnel must use healthcare certification cards for electronic signatures. As the use of mobile carrier or other factors, resulting in the use of health care workers are not readily immediate medical personnel complete electronic signature card, there could have some problems in managing hospital medical records management. This project will explore the practice of research and international personal electronic signature and application cases, and seek viable electronic signature alternative approaches for mobile devices under the medical law, Electronic Signature Act and other regulations. Finally, this project will assess the safety of alternatives, risks, cost effectiveness, legality, as well as supporting the proposed introduction of the proposed measures for hospital applications.
