Abstract
To promote the electronic medical record standards, our government has formulated 118 kinds of medical forms for hospitals to follow. However, there are many hospitals still using the paper permit. This project will clarify the relevant laws and regulations, and discuss the procedure of signing consent to be replaced by digital signing program or adoption of electronic permit. And we will review the efficiency of solutions process. Objectives of this project are given as follows:
1. Survey a variety of consent used in medical institutions, and make reasonable classification according to the degree of importance of the interests affected.
2. Assess the relevant consent decree and seek the effectiveness of digitization and legality.
3. Hold at least two conferences or seminar for practical comments.
4. Will propose operational mechanisms and supporting measures, then test in one hospital for trial.
5. Will publish at least one academic conference/journal paper.
