Abstract
The goal of this study is to build up a cooperative reporting system for quarantine period monitoring that can help family doctors, public nurses and health officer to get patient listing and status immediately. This system consists of five sub systems. First subsystem is a real-time reporting platform, it provide security control and analyze data. The second subsystem is a design agent for reporting form, it can help user to create easily different form for different application. The HGIS (Health Geographic Information System, HGIS) is the third subsystem. Health officer can get a whole picture about the geographic relation between patient, hospital, and other health service. The forth subsystem is an information retriever by wireless device. User can get any useful messages any time and any place. The last one is a homecare subsystem. Patient can automatically record and report his vital sign through remote sensing device. The biosignal detecting from patient will send to specific office for monitoring before out of quarantine. Base on this new service model, healthcare giver can handle all quarantined patient information by any mobile devices immediately. We believe this study can improve quarantine service more efficiently.
