Abstract

每年有1300位新手醫師投入醫療場域,PGY多半是第一線為住院病患開立醫囑、藥物的醫師,能力的提升對於國家整體的醫療及病患安全將有明顯助益。本計畫完整觀察醫師畢業後的關鍵兩年,找出學員由實習轉變成PGY醫師的過程中,所遇到的困難、壓力來源,並設計出臨床課程改善過渡期的銜接。將可給予臨床準備不足的新手醫師適當的資訊與訓練、提升專業技術準備度,亦可作為國家推動醫師養成計劃逐步修定的參考依據。另外本計畫亦深入瞭解醫師決定專科的過程與影響因子,將可幫助年輕醫師更有系統有步驟地決定合適的科別,降低選科過程帶來的焦慮。就國家醫療的層面,也可瞭解現今科別人力不均的現象成因,作為整體專科人力調整的依據。
