Abstract

本計畫嘗試驗證專科訓練住院醫師在機構社會化歷程,尤其藉由具體之醫師專業、專科工作團隊,以及醫院組織等認同感受可能呈現的程度差異,來回應社會認定理論的凸顯性假設;同時,本計畫融入人力資源管理的社會化戰術、激勵性薪酬管理,以及工作要求─資源理論等論述,以實證來完整探討專科訓練住院醫師養成過程中的暫時性、轉型性以及過度性的情境變化,並衍生出專科訓練住院醫師的教育、心理與社會適應等職涯表現與健康福祉議題。
