Abstract

近年來鉛汙染事件頻傳,從鉛水管到含鉛中草藥無不另人提心吊膽。若長期處於鉛暴露,身體的泌尿生殖、神經、造血等系統都可能會出現健康危害。長庚醫院與長庚大學合作團隊於2021年有2篇Mirror-LAPS論文發表於Sens Actuators B Chem (341:130003及329:128953)。計畫所提出的小型化Mirror-LAPS系統,可經由二維影像偵測及定量毒藥物所造成的pH變化,即時反映細胞損傷狀態,檢測病人血液中的鉛離子所造成的細胞毒性。以臨床醫師的觀點而言,這種晶片可以快速篩檢毒物及藥物對細胞的毒性反應,是一個相當新穎極重要的技術,未來有機會用於定點照護檢驗與二維生醫影像分析。
