Abstract

蟹足腫疤痕中細胞外基質不整齊地增殖和沈積與癌症有部分相似之處。特徵為真皮層內纖維母細胞異常增生,周圍組織有明顯的血管生成,CD44表達升高,細胞內缺氧誘導因子(HIF-1α)升高以及發炎反應異常。因此直至目前治療仍極具挑戰。 本計畫中以鐵離子為基礎的金屬有機骨架(iron based Metal-organic frameworks, MOFs, 具體為MIL-100(Fe))以其多孔結構、高比表面積和多功能性,提供一個潛力的治療途徑。
