Abstract

台灣社會人口老化,吞嚥困難是老年與中風族群常見的問題,吞嚥困難問題的處理與學術研究顯然重要,下頜張開的力量與速度跟吞嚥困難有相關,下頜張開的肌力與速度訓練可以增加咽喉期上食道括約肌放鬆的時間與半徑,下頜張開的肌力與速度量測儀器與軟體的設計,值得積極發展,吞嚥檢測系統的多樣化及精進在國內外有其必要性。
