Abstract

本研究計畫整合多體學研究方法與相關功能性試驗,進行系統性剖析SNX5環狀RNA介導的調控網絡,包含SNX5環狀RNA對轉錄作用、轉譯機制、以及蛋白質修飾作用的相關調節功能;並且探討相關分子機轉對生理功能與致癌機轉之影響與貢獻。我們將導入臨床資料庫數據做為佐證,以彰顯SNX5環狀RNA調控網絡對於口腔癌進程與腫瘤轉移的重要性。這些研究結果將提升非編碼轉錄體學在腫瘤科學的重要性,並提供相關研究數據以評估SNX5環狀RNA在腫瘤檢測、術後評估的潛在應用性。
