Abstract

癲癇症是典型的腦電波節律異常疾病。雖然已有相當多的研究,癲癇腦律異常的起源及調控仍有許多不清楚的地方,促發癲癇及抑制癲癇的處置或藥物之作用機制也隨之有眾多未明之處。期待藉由本計畫之執行,能夠發掘前所未明的腦電波節律產生及調節的嶄新原則,並藉以釐清癲癇發生原因及治療上許多長期未解的重要議題。也希望藉由這些研究能描繪出新的更可用的神經網路層次的治療學理思考。
