Abstract
本研究將採用新奈米技術檢測外泌體中的GPC-1，並透過與組織切片結果的比對，探究血液和組織之間的關係。另一方面將動態監測外泌體中GPC-1的表現，以探討其是否與治療反應和預後有相關性。若確認存在正向相關性，這將解決食道癌和胰臟癌缺乏良好癌症指標以及難以取得組織切片的問題。這項研究的目標是在治療過程中提供即時調整適當治療方針的支持，從而改善患者的預後。
