Abstract

手術技巧之訓練，對於PGY學員來說，是相當重要但卻困難的一環。受限於PGY學員本身程度、教學資源，甚或病患安全，無法安排較進階之訓練；換言之，必須待選科進入外科領域後，方可在病患身上慢慢累積與學習各項手術技巧。 在數位時代，電腦虛擬實境手術訓練模擬器已有文獻報告，可縮短學習曲線，無縫轉移技能到手術室。本研究目的即為解決前述外科訓練之困境，探討數位時代之虛擬實境高擬真模擬器，應用於PGY學員外科手術技巧訓練之成效。
