Abstract

本研究欲在尿液中偵測肌氨酸、Engrailed 2 與 ANXAN3 抗原等三種在前列腺癌患者尿液中有表達之分子,廷估由尿液偵測前列腺癌的可行性。實驗使用之尿液是在市售人工尿液中加入肌氨酸、EN2 抗原與 ANXAN3 抗原的實驗尿液,分別以電化學法與電化學/化學發光法建立感測平台,若初步評估可行,明年將提人體試驗計畫做進一步的驗證研究。本計畫將合成氫型葉綠酸以修飾金電極,其因(1)羧基與亞胺基團及(2)有機金屬的共軛結構,除可快速偵測肌氨酸外,金屬離子可與抗體分子形成配位的自組裝鍵結,快速製備成具專一性的生物探針,為偵測尿液中之EN2與ANXAN3,以評估/驗證在尿液中偵測前列腺癌的可行性。
