Abstract

本研究欲在尿液中偵測三種在前列腺癌患者尿液中有表達之分子，分別是肌氨酸、Engrailed 2 抗原與ANXAN3 抗原，評估由尿液偵測前列腺癌的可行性。我們已完成在市售人工尿液中加入肌氨酸與在市售真人血清中加入PSA的之檢測方法的驗證，EN2 抗原與 ANXAN3 抗原的實驗正在進行，進度穩定。此計畫的目的是進行人體試驗計，擬收集正常人與前列腺癌患者之尿液與血清做進一步驗證。
