Abstract
此研究計畫預期開發新型式核殼式金奈米粒子用以嫁接天然抗氧化物,製備可主動控制自由基濃度的抗氧化奈米載體。主要特點為此表面活化層可適用於親水或疏水分子嫁接,另外以雷射功率配合金奈米粒子的表面電漿子特殊光學性質可用以調節自由基生成效能,並評估依此光調節可控自由基生成量系統對於牙髓幹細胞生長分化效能影響。
