Abstract

全介電質超穎表面非常適用於小分子量生物分子的低濃度偵測,因此亦可以應用於分析兩個小分子量的生物分子的專一性結合,例如DNA雜交反應,因具有低濃度檢測能力,因此不需要進行PCR的反應過程且能進行即時檢測,檢測過程可以有效簡化且快速。此外,本研究計劃是透過感測方式對阿茲海默症的生物標誌物,不需使用昂貴的核磁共振造影儀器,亦能夠有效降低醫療成本的開支。此外,本研究計劃提出新式的差分共振光譜術可以解決生物分子採用光譜偵測方式時,偵測極限受制於光譜儀的解析極限之問題,且在儀器架設上和上年度研究計劃相比更為簡化,具有發展成可攜式系統之能力。
