Abstract

學術方面,我們能夠補足過去尚未被徹底研究的心房顫動治療問題: 1. 首次探討非藥物介入治療心房顫動術前、術後的多體學表徵變化。 2. 使用表觀遺傳年齡作為心房顫動的生物標誌,用以預測心房顫動復發。 3. 研究臺灣術後心房顫動復發導致表觀遺傳年齡加速與存活率下降的相關性。 對社會經濟的預期影響: 1. 建立術後心房顫動復發模型有助於醫療人員優化診斷與治療流程,以妥善分配醫療資源。 2. 表觀遺傳修飾受生活型態調控,若可作為心房顫動與復發之生物標誌,有助於衛教病人行健康生活,以降低國民醫療保健支出。 3. 了解心房顫動患者流行病學背景與治療預後,衛生當局能評估成本效益助於政策決定
