Abstract

透過細胞整體RNA定序/單細胞RNA定序建立紅斑性狼瘡臨床免疫T 細胞分化的相關基因表達特徵與細胞標記，多功能性流式細胞儀了解致病性T細胞表達分子，進而可以發展免疫或是基因調控的治療方法，提升紅斑性狼瘡病人的治療或是預防疾病嚴重度的效用。
