Abstract

放射線所致皮膚纖維化(radiation-induced fibrosis, RIF)是一慢性疾病,在顯微鏡下主要是以發炎,纖維化,血管變化及細胞缺少為主要特徵。臨床上幾乎無任何治療可阻斷這一不可逆的過程,其造成病患及家人的身體及經濟上的負擔,本計劃探討脂肪幹細胞外泌體是否與脂肪幹細胞在治療皮膚纖維化具有同等效用且脂肪幹細胞外泌體能引導M1重新編程(reprogram)轉化成M2細胞,以治療放射線所致皮膚纖維化,脂肪幹細胞外泌體極有可能增進且調控內源性組織修復機制或能提供皮膚纖維化治療另一替代方案。
