Abstract

傳統型的深部腦刺激雖然對帕金森氏症的動作障礙改善卓著。但是刺激的同時也容易誘發病人在行為上產生衝動性或是情緒控制的副作用,不僅造成個人以及家庭功能的影響,也造成社交的困擾。本研究將採用創新型可適性深部腦刺激來治療帕金森氏症病人。此一新型的電刺激不僅能夠提升深部腦刺激對於病人動作以及情緒行為的治療成效。既能將實驗成果進一步應用到植入性可適性深部腦刺激系統之研發。並且,藉由本研究嚴謹之神經電生理研究成果,除了可以應用於嚴重型帕金森氏症之治療外,對於將來擴展至神經精神疾病的治療以及高科技醫材研發皆會有顯著的影響。
