Abstract

台灣目前農業廢棄物中年產量最大且最主要的廢棄物為稻桿,每年均產生數千萬噸以上,而農產廢棄物中含有大量的纖維素與半纖維素等,若能藉由纖維素分解酵素水解其纖維素,再經由醱酵步驟將葡萄糖與木糖轉化成丁醇,則不僅可解決因農產廢棄物所造成的環境污染,亦可有效地利用此廢棄物來生產二次能源以達到廢棄物再生的目的。
