肥胖和身體活動低下可引起腦部受損、自律神經失調、認知、行為、晝夜節律和生活品質問題；並與多種共病及終身後遺症相關。本計畫將確認肥胖、身體活動、與減重間的關係，以整體性多種模式來評估疾病嚴重度和治療成效，有助於發展成人體重管理和體適能促進的精準醫學，作為早期診斷、適當治療、和追蹤管理的策略依據。
