Abstract

本研究預期將能了解招生時不同表現、不同入學管道的學生,在客觀的成績、量表和訪談了解學生在重大公共衛生事件發生時,在臨床上的抗壓性的差異性,找出學生的心理資源和資源保存理論與SJT當中最重要的元素。提供給未來相關招生籌備之相關人員進行參考,並對於未來不同SJT表現、心理資源的入學學生提供不同的的支持和關注,降低進入臨床的壓力,並避免耗竭。
