Abstract
此計劃主旨在於建立轉移性大腸直腸癌之功能性外泌轉錄體數據庫，透過解析與癌症治療反應相關異常表達之外泌非編碼核酸，全面性的釐清其在大腸直腸癌轉移進程中所介導的遠端轉移之調控網絡與分子機制，進而提供具有偵測、追蹤潛力及預後之外泌非編碼核酸標誌組合。在理論與基礎結合之下，進而有利提升腫瘤精準醫療水平與效率。此平台一旦建立，將適於應用於不同的癌症，並預期可以利用單一血液樣本，預測其可能的癌症起源處。
