Abstract

In the competitive environment of health care industry, service quality is regarded as a competitive weapon. Therefore, the hospital managers devote to enhance their quality of service. Healthscape, including Physical infrastructure and service environment, is regarded as a key factor to service quality of healthcare that would generate a positive impact on patient perceptions. Thanks to recent technological advances such as mobile phones and other personal devices, medical institutions devote to integrating these tools into medical practice for providing intelligent healthcare. However, how to providing a well-designed healthscape was seldom discussed. Therefore, we therefore propose this project to analyze and evaluate the setting of intelligent healthscape. The project is planned for two years. In the first year, we’ll aim to enrich the intelligent element of the studied dental clinic to enhance patient satisfaction. The information and communication technology will be use to solve the problems faced by the current service environment by developing a mobile application. In the second, we’ll aim to investigate the setting of intelligent healthscape and evaluate it’s impact on patient perceived quality and revisit intention. Finally, according to the clinical investigation, suggestions will be proposed as a reference for medical institution to create intelligent healthscape.
