Abstract

兒童過敏疾病是重大公共衛生挑戰,現有的預測工具與預防策略仍顯不足。本計畫結合先進人工智慧分析、多體學技術及世代研究資源,組成跨領域研究團隊,探索基因、環境與微生物因子對兒童過敏疾病的影響,並運用臨床巨量資料與人工智慧技術建構個人化疾病風險模型以預測或預防兒童過敏疾病之發生。本計畫將產出個人化疾病風險模型、新穎生物標記及人工智慧驅動的醫療工具。透過跨領域合作,這項研究將促進兒童過敏學術研究與提升兒童臨床照護,為精準醫療開創新里程碑。
