Abstract

心衰竭病人造成社會家庭與經濟方面沉重的負擔，雖然目前已有結合多種藥物治療與多職類的照顧，心衰病患五年的死亡率仍高達五成，透過非侵入性的內關穴位震波(Radial PC6 ESWT)治療，除了安全性外，更能於心衰竭急性期的早期介入與慢性期的持續治療，期待可以在標準治療的基礎上，提供更進一步的心衰治療效果與心臟功能改善。
