Abstract

SARS-CoV-2感染肺細胞後與好特發性肺纖維化(IPF)有相似的分子機制,先前我們移植低氧預處理之幹細胞有效改善Bleomycin所誘導之小鼠肺纖維化,本計畫藉此開發新穎高氧預處理幹細胞及其衍生物結合已在臨床使用的高壓氧艙療法,評估合併治療之策略能否更有效的改善小鼠肺纖維化,期待未來可推廣對治療SARS-CoV-2感染及新冠肺炎綜合症候群引發肺纖維化的臨床試驗。
