Abstract
慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)為由吸菸、空氣污染等因子所引發慢性肺發炎。衛福部民國105年統計COPD位居國人十大死亡原因之第七位。目前藥物治療只能減緩症狀，尋找替代藥物實為刻不容緩。近日我們證明低氧預處理之幹細胞有效治療肺損傷，本計畫將繼續開發新穎幹細胞亞群應用於治療小鼠肺氣腫模式，盼未來可推廣對治療COPD的臨床試驗。
