Abstract

口腔癌是威脅國人健康重大疾病之一,亟需有效的早期偵測與精準治療策略,以提升治療效果及降低醫療支出。執行本計畫預期(1)可以提供更多口腔癌唾液生物標記以利開發有效的口腔癌早期偵測策略,(2)可以了解Kyn代謝路徑重整調節口腔癌腫瘤生長及免疫微環境的分子機制,並有效評估利用藥物改變此一關鍵代謝路徑作為增強治療口腔癌的可行性,提供後續研發增強口腔癌免疫治療效果的策略參考依據。
