Abstract

應用成人學習理論建構線上教學,從受訓學員介入醫病共享決策、病情告知、病人情緒困擾教學之同理心提升情形和其成效評估,以及受訓學員的意見和建議,再優化線上教學。可提供醫病共享決策等的教學訓練和疫情期間教學之參考。待研究結果整理完畢,亦將針對相關議題撰寫期刊論文或研討會論文以提供後續醫學教育研究者作為參考。
