Abstract

目的:以新式喉鏡吞嚥安全性評估方法,確定吞嚥困難病人,可安全吞嚥的「飲食質地分級標準」的分級,並驗證「飲食質地分級標準」在吞嚥訓練成效及安全性的臨床效用。社會:以簡易的方式,幫助吞嚥困難病人找到安全吞嚥的食物質地,減輕吞嚥困難病人的照護負擔,增加他們的生活品質。學術:建立臨床上,「飲食質地分級標準」應用於各種病因吞嚥困難的研究模型,可研究不同病因吞嚥困難可安全吞嚥的食物質地,及其質地物性數值範圍。經濟:可了解各種病因吞嚥困難可安全吞嚥的質地物性數值,以更精準的製作吞嚥訓練及吞嚥困難食品,並推動相關產業的發展。
