本計畫預期影響 1. 所提的生成式AI方法可簡化並加速多重反應監測(MRM)分析開發中標誌性胜肽及監測碎片離子選擇的流程,為生成式人工智慧之落地應用。 2. 基於胜肽碎片離子的物理化學特徵對於模型之解釋,藉此生成透明且可信任的報告,幫助MRM實驗設計者理解AI的決策過程。 3. 對於最佳標誌胜肽物理化學特徵的分析與理解,可作為未來人工智慧分析蛋白體質譜數據的參考,例如標誌胜肽相較於其他胜肽可能在質譜儀中具有更高的檢測性,相關的物化特徵應對於蛋白體質譜數據分析將具有潛力.
