Abstract

本計畫擬發展一個創新的電子生態瞬時評估工具,用以測量在真實生活情境中乳癌病人的身體活動與疲憊,並進一步探討這二者間複雜的時間關係。本計畫的生態瞬時評估可以避免過去疲憊測量方式所產生的回憶偏差,以及過去研究忽略個人內在即時變化的情境因素,研究結果具備學術價值。同時在臨床實務上,研究結果也可以做為乳癌個人化身體活動指導的參考,以減輕癌症治療之疲憊,增進生活品質。
