Abstract

本研究將了解不同腫瘤生長位置與期別對於直腸癌病患之身心困擾(包含：LAR syndrome、憂鬱、焦慮)及大便失禁相關生活品質之影響，並輔以直腸癌病患觀點了解其疾病與醫療相關資訊的需求，可作為後續設計符合直腸癌特殊性需求的多層面預防性復健計畫(骨盆底肌肉運動、正念呼吸法、飲食及生活調整)之衛教內容，提升臨床及學術對於直腸癌個別性需求照護的重視，並進一步發展可做為臨床使用之課程教材內容。
