Abstract

本研究計畫將從五年級醫學生(M5)、畢業後第一年一般醫學訓練生(PGY1)的口頭病例報告過程中,觀察與評估其臨床推理的進行,以了解口頭病例報告中臨床推理的進行模式,以及錄像反思的介入在口頭病例報告中所扮演的角色與作用。期待對於口頭病例報告與錄像反思之間的關係有更進一步的了解,以規劃後續口頭病例報告與臨床推理課程的教學與評估方式。希望藉此提升學員的臨床推理能力,進而減少醫療錯誤,改善病人安全與醫療品質。
