Abstract
隨著COVID-19限制措施的解除，病毒與細菌呼吸道感染的病例顯著增加。新的化膿性鏈球菌毒力菌株陸續在亞洲及歐洲被發現，且分別在近年於台灣現踪。新品系菌株的出現對人類健康是個顯著的威脅，本計劃將以臨床細菌分子流行病學、小鼠鼻咽感染模式、及回溯性臨床病例等不同分析方法研究新M1品系菌株的出現對化膿性鏈球菌感染的威脅與衝擊。
