Abstract

此研究將是第一個應用腸-腦軸線理論(Gut-Brain Axis theory)的架構來探討腸道菌及其相關的腸漏血液因子在自殺意念機制中的作用。也是第一篇探討腸道菌及其相關的腸漏血液因子與腦影像相關性研究。藉由本研究的結果，我們目標為找尋新興的生物學標記，以探討自殺意念的新機制，並能進一步在自殺風險的預防和治療提供新的洞識。
