Abstract

心房顫動為常見臨床心律不整類型,易導致血栓與心衰竭。現有抗心律不整藥物特別是節律控制藥物受限於治療效能不佳及易伴隨心室心律不整之風險。研發更安全有效抗心房心律不整藥物仍極為迫切。其中心房選擇性或多重離子孔道抑制劑抗心律不整藥物,預期應可降低伴隨心室心律不整之風險,是目前新藥發展之重點標的。CVie101為可口服長效型androstane衍生物之新型強心作用藥。本計劃擬探討其特殊心房選擇性抗心律不整效能,及詳細心房組織電生理作用機制。本計劃預期能拓展此類藥物強心作用外之臨床應用潛力。
