Abstract

本研究的主要目的是探討創新整合性介入(rPMS對rTMS的擴增治療)對於腦中風患者的神經動作控制、日常生活、參與度及生活品質影響。本研究將建立腦中風創新療法方案;確定創新療法方案其神經動作控制機制;並找出影響腦中風患者創新療法之相關生物標記。本研究結果可幫助臨床醫療人員治療策略的擬定;應用於臨床實務,做為政府政策之參考。若計畫通過且研究順利完成並有充足的文獻發表,本收案流程、創新治療方法將不只限於台灣或亞洲地區,也會因符合世界認可而推廣於全世界;提升台灣對於腦中風患者創新治療相關領域學術研究能見度將能有所提升。
