Abstract

本計畫目的為開發一個適用於巴金森氏病患者的互動式擴增實境步態訓練及檢測環境,除了強化病患的動作功能外,亦有助於病患克服行走時可能引發的心理壓力與焦慮感。計畫將以科學性的數據分析來探討步行誘發的步態障礙及壓力感,並回饋進行虛擬步道場景調控,以提升介入訓練成效及壓力減輕效應。本計畫之擴增實境虛擬步道場景技術,將來可以技轉給醫療與復健科技廠商,開發互動式步態訓練及檢測平台,人工智慧演算技術亦可大幅提升步態偵測的應用範圍,有助於穿戴式醫療科技的發展。研發成果將來亦可應用於其他疾病如中風、糖尿病、小腦萎縮症等病患之步態訓練上。
