Abstract

成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症可引起腦部受損、自律神經失調、身體活動量改變、高血壓、和認知、行為、及健康相關生活品質的問題。本計畫將確認過重/肥胖對睡眠呼吸中止症的大腦完整性、轉錄體、和血壓變異性的影響,和咽內手術和減重能否逆轉這些變化。本計畫以系統性研究法評估阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症的新樣態,有助於作為其診斷、治療、和成效評估的依據。
