Abstract
台灣新畢業男性護理人員關心自己的職業選擇、職業發展以及晉升的可能性，他們對職業發展指導有著強烈的需求，然而其在職涯規劃獲得的資訊及支持是不足的。本研究目的在瞭解新畢業男性護理人員的職涯規劃現況及經驗，並以其需求發展一個以使用者為中心的職涯規劃行動應用程式，同時進行成效評值。本研究的創新處在於開發全球第一個新畢業男性護理人員職涯規劃行動應用程式(App)，研究結果可作為未來臨床實務及護理教育中男性護理人員及學生職涯規劃計畫指引及介入之參考。
