Abstract

計畫總體目標是為參與跨領域教育的臨床教師提出最優先的教師發展需求(第一年);並基於這些需求共創課程、迭代完善(第二年)以及實施最合適的線上教師發展課程(第三年),為跨職類臨床教師提供社會學習空間,參與集體學習、反思和合作解決問題,協助成為建立包容性、真實的跨領域學習環境的積極推動者,以增強學生學習體驗(包容感和有意義的學習感)。研究結果將闡明集體學習有效性,以及影響臨床教師將培訓成果轉移到教學環境,提高跨領域學習環境公平性的各種因素,為線上或遠距教師發展文獻做貢獻。台灣正創建老年友善健康照護系統,如何賦權臨床教師,幫助學習者做好團隊有效合作準備,為老年人提供優質的急性照護對於制定政策至關重要。
