Abstract
本研究目的在以國科會112年計畫發展出的男性護理人員職涯規劃行動應用程式(App)進行職涯規劃介入及成效評估。計畫採前瞻性雙盲隨機對照試驗,以社會認知職涯自我管理理論作為研究理論依據,針對男性護理人員在介入前後六次追蹤點(介入前、介入後第0, 6,12,18, 24個月)進行職涯自我效能、職涯適應性行為、職業韌性、職涯成功和職涯持續意向的成效評估。本研究的創新處在於開發全球第一個具互動式專家職涯規劃諮詢之男性護理人員職涯規劃行動應用程式(App)且加強介入措施處遇精準度,以強化介入的可靠性和有效性。研究結果可作為未來臨床實務及護理教育中護理人員及護理學生職涯規劃介入之參考。
