Abstract

練習效果是重複認知評估時重要的議題，與認知儲備同為預測失智症者的指標。兩者雖有共通之處，少有研究同時考慮兩者的關聯。本計畫針對中風者，配合核磁造影的派典驗證，以縱貫式研究同時探索兩者的關聯及其對認知軌跡的預測效果。若研究結果能釐清兩者的關聯。不僅有助於失智症的預測，也可對認知軌跡研究提供指引。
