Abstract
我們將透過類風濕性關節炎動物模型，與招募使用腫瘤壞死因子阻斷劑之風濕病患者與接受免疫檢查點抑制劑之癌症病患，來探討腫瘤壞死因子訊息傳導與 T 細胞耗竭之關聯。並且也將與Enosi Life Sciences合作，利用其研發出新一代具有專一 性腫瘤壞死因子拮抗劑與促進劑，找出改善目前治療慢性發炎性關節炎與 irAEs 之 可能性。
