本計畫從教育到執業(from education to practice)的完整理論驗證與知識創新,整合及驗證畢業後醫師職涯成就表現與其學校表現之相關性,以了解學校醫學教育與職場所用之「學用合一」適切性與不足性,包括專業知能與職場管理素養,可以作為後續學校教育之教學與課程檢討改進依據,並可作為組織管理者與臨床教師針對年輕醫師學習與工作表現良劣進行補強與改進,以建立友善訓練與工作環境。
