Abstract
最近我們的研究發現,當細胞被刺激生長時, Nucleophosmin可以由核質重新回到核仁中.綜合以 上的結果可以指出,Nucleophosmin的移位和細胞生 長及阻止核醣核□酸的合成有很密切的關係. 這個計畫的目的可分為三點:(1)研究細胞分化及程式死亡過程中的訊號傳遞及其調控因子; (2)核仁對腫瘤細胞生長的調控;(3)腫瘤細胞生 長時Nucleophosmin在生化上所扮演的角色(例如是 為磷酸化或是去磷酸化的形式,為六合體或是 單體的形式).
