Abstract

呼吸困難是慢性呼吸疾病最重要的診斷標準之一,然而過去研究絕大多數專注於探討以及介入高度反應呼吸困難之個案,以期減少藥物以及醫療資源過度使用,而對於呼吸感知不足者,則少有著墨。然而近期文獻指出,呼吸感知不足之慢性肺阻塞病人,很可能因診斷不足或疾病控制不佳而導致突然惡化,或是當致命性症狀出現無法及時感知而延誤就醫。因此,建立呼吸感知不足者之大腦機制研究仍刻不容緩。本三年研究欲系統性使用腦電生理測試,配合部份腦影像輔助,並加上兩種呼吸訓練方式,來協助建構呼吸感知不足個案的大腦中樞神經運作機制之證據。
